TERMS OF SERVICE

⟡ The artist has full rights over the final commissioned artwork. (therefore, it is required to put credits when posting or using the artwork to any platform.)⟡ Client has to pay 50% down payment before the artist starts the sketch and settle the remaining balance before coloring/sending the final artwork. (Clients also have the option to pay full payment upfront!)⟡ You cannot refund the down payment once the artist has started the sketch⟡ You can only have a full refund if the artist personally confirm that they are unable to finish it due to personal issues and emergencies (i.e. accidents, hospitalization, uncontrolled events)⟡ The artist will often give updates for your approvals on the following:
Sketches / Line Art / Color⟡ The artist's time zone is GMT +8 (Asia Pacific) so there might be a few hours of delay in contacting⟡ The artist can only give 3 Line Art revisions and anything beyond that limit is a 1usd or 25 php per revision as it may delay the progress⟡ The artist has the right to sell the artwork if you fail to complete the payment or disappear without any valid reason (this condition saves all the artist's efforts from getting wasted and to avoid being scammed)⟡ Commission rates differ on client's location and rates listed are for personal use only.⟡ The artist do not accept rush orders as it takes a huge amount of time and effort to accomplish one.⟡ Turn around time is usually 1-2 weeks, depending on orders, complexity and schedule⟡ The artist is not liable if errors are made from unclear references and instructions⟡ Clients cannot make a profit out of personal works. Cannot sell, repost, remove watermarks without the artist's permission and claim the artwork/s as their own.⟡ All finished artworks will be sent via gmail and/or google drive⟡ Please note that all finished artworks will be featured in the artist's public portfolio or sample collection!(unless client says otherwise)
